At Chimin Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom-made or personalized jewellery.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Items purchased during clearance sales (unless faulty).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@chiminjewellery.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Exchanges
We can exchange items for a different size, style, or product (subject to stock availability). Please initiate an exchange request via email within the 7-day return period.
