At Chimin Jewellery, we aim to deliver your orders accurately and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Custom or personalized jewellery may take longer; the estimated processing time will be communicated at checkout.
2. Shipping Method & Cost
- We offer standard shipping only.
- Standard shipping is free / charged (specify if applicable) and takes 7–14 business days for delivery.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your shipment through the courier’s website or app using this tracking number.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to Canada & USA only.
- We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Ensure that the shipping address is accurate, complete, and includes any required apartment or suite numbers.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
- For lost shipments, please check with the courier using your tracking number first. If confirmed lost, contact us for assistance.
6. International Shipping (if applicable)
- International shipping charges and delivery times will vary by destination.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
